  • Our Dorking gym is located in Dorking Office Park, which is next door to Dorking West Station.

    Our Blindley Heath gym is located opposite the Smith & Western, Lingfield.

    Our Godstone gym has relocted to Blindley Heath, Lingfield a 2 minute drive from South Godstone

  • You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week!

    Blindley Heath/Godstone:

    Monday - Thursday:
    6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 am
    4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 pm

    Friday & Saturday
    7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30am

    On a Tuesday and Friday we have a lunchtime session at 12:30

  • Depending on availability, we run a Kickstarter every month. They usually fill up 30-60 days before hand. To ensure you don't miss out book a call with a coach.

  • The challenge is £249 – this includes 12 group training sessions, a personal accountability coach, a proven fat loss program, nutrition support, weekly check ins, supportive community, access to our private gym and guaranteed results.

  • We have intro session spaces available every 1st or 2nd Saturday of the month but they fill up fast so don’t hang around if you want to get started early in 2026.

  • No! Everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter and stronger over the 6 weeks.

  • No – the payment for the kickstarter is a one-off.

  • It’s completely your choice. You can become a full member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
